Return and Cancellation Policy

 

Returns & Refund:

At Botanic Hues, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our return policy is limited to products that arrive damaged. Please read our Return and Replace Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. Damaged Product Returns: If your product is damaged upon arrival, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. This video should clearly show the damage and the unboxing process from start to finish without any interruptions.

2. Eligibility for return: The following conditions must be met:

  • The request for return is made within 5 days of receiving the product
  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • An unboxing video as a proof of damage is provided
  • It should be a single continuous video showing the entire unboxing process from start to finish.

3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return , please follow these steps:

  • Please email the unboxing  video of the damaged product to info@botanichues.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Also provide your order number, product title, date of purchase and brief description of the damage.
  • Upload the unboxing video clearly showing the damage of the product.
  • Once we receive and verify the video, we will process your return and  issue a refund.

4. Refusal or Failure to Accept Delivery: 

  • If you refuse to accept a prepaid order at your doorstep or fail to accept the order, delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • The remaining refund will be processed to your original payment source only after the product is received back to us. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

5. Cancellation Policy: 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at info@botanichues.com with your order details, including your order number, product title and reason for cancellation.
  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation via email. If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

6. Exclusions:  The policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling of product.
  • Minor Variations in shape and size of flowers as there are originals flowers and leaves in used and no flowers are in exact shape or sizes.

7. Important Notes: 

  • Returns without an unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
  • Ensure the product is in its original packaging when making a return.

 The to and fro delivery charges for Returns and exchanges will be borne by BotanicHues Pvt Ltd only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product was dispatched
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product delivery did not occur 
  • Different variant of product dispatched from the warehouse

T&C:

  • All returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging intact.
  • Refund will be processed in case of approved returns only after the unboxing video is received and verified. The amount will be credited back to your original source within 5-7 days

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Products returned after 5 days post order date.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition. due to improper use.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your video is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your video. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is reflected in your statement
